Peaceful and handy location, within walking distance of everywhere. 0.5 km from Dundee airport. Luxurious and airy rooms with an iron, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making equipment. Plenty of savoury food at breakfast time.

I thoroughly enjoyed its very pleasant and exceptional employees.
So glad we chose it, spent 2 great days here. The location was great for Dundee, close enough to a converted factory as well as the onsite restaurant. Found time to see Mills Observatory, that's not too far from the property...

Great new design in old grain mill in good location (harbour, V&A museum). Good breakfast buffet, very nice staff. However, the hotel still seems new and not well-rehearsed. Very nice and well furnished rooms.
Parking in the hotel courtyard is scarce and expensive, but there are free parking spaces on the street. WLAN could not be made to work despite intensive efforts of the employees. Avoid rooms on the 5th floor as they have no view (only skylights).

Just a decent option for a quick layover in Dundee with a good price-quality ratio. The restaurant had a manager who quickly resolved service issues, excellent. Keep an eye on parking. It's not great.

We spent a night in a cozy room with two comfy beds, and the high skylight windows added a cute touch to our stay. It was nice to lounge in the lovely garden courtyard and unwind by the pool. A small hiccup was the slow check-in, but it didn't take away from our overall positive experience. 🌟

Highly recommend for a stylish getaway
Let me tell you about the time when we arrived in pouring rain and walked into a place that used to be a jute mill, kinda cool, right? The reception was not what I expected at first, but once we got in to our room it was super clean, and a nice little surprise with two bottles of cold water waiting for us.
It wasn't cheap, but what you pay is still acceptable for the quality.
